"I left sink in box till plumber came to fit it and I had never noticed but the front left hand side corner was chipped. I think for a sink of \u00a3271 this should have been packaged better. We had to buy a ceramic filler as we had no time to change it. I was not happy. That aside I do like the sink but I had the sink a couple of weeks and unable to return it and get another in time."

"Ordered a new toilet pan, but found on unpacking after delivery that it was the wrong size. However called customer service who sorted out the problem. A correct sized pan was delivered in a couple of days and the incorrect one collected. This issue was annoying but the product once installed is perfect."
