I was able to do 120 mile round-trip and fit in my bathroom 2 days b4 abated delivery date.I also managed to purchase items from retailers for £195 saving £42:11p against £237:11p at Plumbworld.
Couriers are not up to what you are trying to achieve as an online provider.
Also disillusioned with time period to return upfront payment.

The last delivery of a rimless toilet was delivered shattered to pieces. Notified Plumbworld, and a replacement was received 2 days later. I judge companies by their customer service, and Plumbworld's customer service is top notch!
