Initially, I ordered the wrong shower and had to send it back. Customer service was brilliant. No problem sending back and recived my refund very fast. I ordered another shower which works for me better. Also the toilet roll holder was too large. No problem, customer service yet again were very helpfull and a full refund issued straight away. I highly recomened Plumbworld for their customer service, quality of products, and brilliant prices.”
