Accepted the return of a shower which I had ordered in error without any quibble and then spent time talking me through the options that would work for me and even emailed me a basket pre-loaded with the options so that I could look at them at leisure and then delete the ones I didn't want. Delivery was swift and the refund for the return shower came through in days. ”
