“So helpful from the get go…even when the product wasn’t right (not their fault but Aqualisa who gave incorrect info to me so ordered an incompatible shower mixer) the return was effortless and such immediate action was taken with a sympathetic attitude. Will highly recommend them and hope to use them again when I source the correct kit!”

“I found Plumbworld via their eBay site but now deal direct with their online shop. My latest purchase an "Artis Aqua LED Bathroom Mirror 500 x 390mm - Battery Operated" was purchased over the weekend with next day delivery. The item arrived on time and was extremely well packaged and protected. It was delivered safely and professionally by their chosen courier. I am absolutely pleased with the purchase in every aspect (ok the installation instructions are not the best but it's very easy to work out what to do). The customer service is second to none and they have achieved 100% with every purchase I have so far made. They are going to be my first choice for plumbing/bathroom items in the future and I can 100% recommend them.”
