“Ordered a sink and unit, the unit arrived and a drawer was damaged. I contacted customer care and was sorted out with a new unit. I hope Plumbworld are proud of their team as they done a great job for us. Quick response, exceptional.”

“Ordering on line is quick and easy. Price is the best on the market. Delivery of all my radiators was quick and well packaged. Radiators give off brilliant heat and look smart too. I have recommended plumbworld to three people including my disabled boss who’s going my to order 8 after Christmas.”

“Couldn’t find the product I required in any local suppliers, went online, limited suppliers offering product and either too expensive or delivery would take too long. Plumbworld had product at great price and got it to me very quickly. Can’t fault. My new go to supplier online.”

“The delivery service which was an added cost which in itself isn't necessarily an issue the delivery company used was how appalling. We had ordered three items two of which would have been considered heavy and therefore lead to the expectation that it would be a two person delivery. When the rather old can arrived it was just one person and he was unable to unload the items fully himself and given my husband wasn't here it was left to me to help. On eventually getting three items into the house I questioned one item ironically the biggest and heaviest which wasn't ours! I then had to assist the driver to remove from the house and place back in the van. Unfortunately I am not as young as I used to be and this caused considerable strain on my back. (My husband said I should have refused but I didn't) To add insult to injury the customer service team then said not our fault as we outsource delivery. They obviously do not realise that is now my first impression of the company as it would have been for many. I paid for a delivery that I actually was very much part of! I would not use them again on this basis alone and maybe I was just unfortunate but their lack of customer care was the final icing in the cake as they say!”

“I don’t know where to begin. Missed deliveries. Damaged goods, lots of apologies but no action. Still waiting for a refund of the money I’ve already paid and apart for lovely people on the end of the customer services line who are powerless, no appreciation of the time i’ve wasted.”
