Totally regret signed up this broadband company!!! No reward card given due to not responding email?? I said plusnet had promised to customers they will received their reward card once signed up but. Ever mentioned any hidden information like u need to respond email then u can get it. That’s really tricky as a single mother n sole bread winner, do u think I have such a leisure time to check my email constantly? My advice is never never sign up this company, bad service n dishonest

False advertising. Wanted me to pay for an engineer visit to fix the very slow speed connection!!! Then 2 weeks after activation I wanted to cancel and they said I will be charged termination fees since it’s past 14 days after sign up! (Sign up was 10 Jan and service was activated 25 Jan!)

This company are a disgrace. My mother is 78 can’t use email etc. Her broadband stopped working so she called customer support 5 x calls and 7 hours later still not resolved. I cancelled contract in Nov 2020 and my mother has just realised they have continued taking fees. There is no e mail for customer services only telephone number which is never answered withIN 45 minutes. In the end I’ve had to contact mums bank to make sure they can’t take anymore money. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A DISGRACE

STOP!! Don’t even bother with this s**t company. WORST EVER! Horrific customer service that don’t know and can’t do their jobs properly They lie and cheat you out of money. If I could give a negative star rating I would. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

If you thinking of joining Plusnet. DONT. There advertised packages lie from the word go. Lets look at my package advertised average down load speed 10 meg. Actual speed at its best 4.2 meg, dropping down to 0.2 meg. After a fault on the line Engineer said no one on this package will get 10 meg, they be lucky to get 7 meg. So how can they get a average higher than 7??? Is that not false advertising. Then ring up to complain you get a email sent with a ofsted requirement they only need to provide 0.4 meg. personally, i think they in breach of contract, but try to leave contract. NIGHTMARE. Would not advise anyone to join Plusnet. just laugh at there TV Advertising, like the service providers. Big Joke.

Plusnet are all hype. If only they spent as much on their service as they do on advertising. The actor Craig Murray who fronts their advertising campaign, must be so embarrassed at taking the money. I applied for Broadband then they asked for another £100 as they said I did not have a landline. This was a lie and a scam. I have had the same landline and number for over a decade. Alarm bells rang and I cancelled. Plusnet agreed to a refund but guess what, it never arrived.

Truly horrendous experience of reporting faults, ordering a new router, appointments with engineers and speaking to customer service. Training is needed for customer service. My advise...go elsewhere, you get what you pay for. Plus net may offer cheap broadband but you pay in tears and frustration when you have a problem and trust me you will

Plusnet Email service is total rubbish! It takes 5minutes to log into the mail thats if it logs in at all! If you are thinking of going with Plusnet, think again . YOUR TIME MATTERS.

Very poor router and they slow down streaming like YouTube Netflix etc. I am terrified by their rubbish service thats why they don't allow you to have cooling off period once the service has started!

Plusnet is just a ghost operation for BT. It has service and broadband speeds to match. Website poorly designed and clunky. Offers seem designed to confuse the unwary. Just another old fashioned British scam, just like the rest of internet providers. What a country! Caveat emptor.

Took s Plusnet offer of a 'Rewards Card' Followed instructions to activate - guess what it won't activate! You are then invited to phone a number that costs fro 3 to 65 pence a minute - wonder how long you have to wait ! Some people would discribe it as a CON ! Look at other reviews - card provider is Purecard - another load of stinking reviews. Mr Churchill

Broadband and phone set up in days when BT couldn`t do it in weeks. Faultless 4 years with Plusnet and just switched my cellphone to them fully operational the moment I inserted the SIMcard. Ignore the bleaters Plusnet is great and btw cheaper than the rest.

I rarely add negative reviews but I felt compelled having received such poor quality broadband service from Plusnet. Speed: Disregard speed guarantee. It’s a flat out lie. I measured the speed frequently and instead of “guaranteed” 35mbps I received 5-15mbps down (the upload speed was usually correct). Customer Service: Their so called “excellent customer service” is a farce. To give you an example, when I called to cancel my services with Plusnet, my internet stopped working 13 days before the cancellation date. When I called to plea to have it restored, I was told, this would take 10 days. Price: You don’t have to look far to find 50mbps service for about £30/month. Plusnet charged me £35/month for a very unpredictable and unreliable DSL service. Please do your research before you sign a long contract with Plusnet.

Moved from sky to plusnet i was left for 4 weeks without phone and internet ——contacting them was a nightmare either you waited for an hour to spesk to someone or you get a message saying they are busy and to phone back tomorrow . They made plenty of promises but they never delivered .there was one exception CHRIS SUTTON ,,, a real star he did everything he could to salvage the situation... well done chris you deserve a good promotion

Been with plusnet 18 months I moved house in the same area the person who lived here before had the same deal as I had but takes 2 weeks to put back on . Why what's going on that takes all that time to re concept me up terrible services I asked if I can have it earlier that the date given they just said no its company policy load of rubbish . Hello, I am a very confused and irritated customer. You opened a 'question' on 19th August. You said that you would run some tests on our Broadband over the next 24 hours. You agreed that there was a fault somewhere on the line. You haven't been back in contact with us. I logged onto the web site today and it is telling me that you have closed the 'question' but you haven't told us what action has been taken or will be taken to resolve the problems we are still experiencing with our connection. I have now had to buy a new sim card for my iPad at a cost of £26 per month, with unlimited data, so that I can make Teams and Skype calls on my iPad, in order for me to be able to continue doing my job. I tried to call you this afternoon but you have closed early it seems. My business has a call centre operation too, we're also experiencing C-19 but have retained our usual operating ours to support our customers. We have been loyal Plusnet customers for 8 years - We do not want to have to move providers but if you cannot deliver the service we're paying for then we will have no option. This has been an ongoing problem for several months now, we just want it sorted please.....quickly. Thanks

My sister has had to wait 4 weeks for her telephone to be connected and an engineer to come out to set up her broadband. The engineer came out today and said that everything was connected, this was not the case and when she contacted Plusnet she was told it would be live at midnight tonight. She subsequently called them again and was told that an engineer would need to come out again but it would be 5 days before that happened. She is a brand new customer and the service she has received has been appalling. Plusnet should be ashamed to put their advert on the television as it is totally misleading.
