“They always come up with ways of not wanting you to withdraw your money and tell you about more verification but while you are verified and takes longer to process your withdrawal especially big amounts.”

Please note that you will have no problems in withdrawals at all as long as you have not violated any platform rules and regulations. Any additional verification is only requested at the discretion of the security services. Pocket Option is a genuine and trustworthy broker with many clients globally. Many of our clients have made profits and successfully received their withdrawals from our platform, some of which are large amounts. Regarding the withdrawal processing time, once you submit a withdrawal request, it is placed in the general queue for processing. It usually takes up to 3 business days to process a payment. In most cases, the payments are instant. However, some transactions can be processed in up to 14 business days as per clause 6.9.2 of the Public Offer Agreement. All withdrawal requests will be processed as soon as possible and within a reasonable time frame. We appreciate your patience. If you have any problems with withdrawals, please create a support request on the platform in the "Withdrawals" category describing your problem in detail.
