“Avoid this site like the plague! I deposited £30 but found that none of the games would download to my phone. I contacted them to ask for my deposit to be returned to me but after hours on live chat, phone calls and gathering together the proof of ID requested, which by the way changes depending on which operative you speak to, i was told today that my money has been voided. I don't understand that and nobody has been able to explain to me what that ymeans. Don't use this site if you value your sanity, they're rip off artists and thieves!!”

“Wow after betting 7 pounds to get some free spins I won 88p with 35 free spns and then lost all the money in about 4 minutes betting 20p a time. No wins at all even with bonuses in game. This is about the 8th time this has happened. Unless you are betting big money each spin avoid this as you will lose.”

“Won £50 and they refusing to pay asked for I'd I sent it now asking for make and model of my phone stay away from these I spoken to them and they started to say I got gambling addiction lol I have 6 children to look after and very rare I do this sort of thing so how's that addiction very rude will be reporting to trading standards and watchdog. “Unfounded negative reviews!! I recently joined PocketWin and deposited £20. I accumulated this win to over £1000. It was at this point I decided to withdraw my winnings. The whole process was done very quickly and easily and the winnings were back in my account less than a week after I requested them and sent the relevant ID. I have read a lot of the negative reviews about PocketWin and their withdrawal process and requirements, and honestly I would rather they wanted to be sure I was who I said I was in order to ensure I received my winnings and not someone else. I think most of the negative reviews are unfounded and simply left by people who do not understand the free spins and wagering process. If you are going to have a go at online casino websites then you need to understand the rules. In my opinion PocketWin deserve the 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠 I have given them. Thanks PocketWin 🙂 👍”

“Should be clear if you win money on free spins you dont get to withdraw any money so I bet £10 won £40 and was not able to withdraw. Scam do not use”

“After 2 weeks after withdrawing, my winnings still has not gone in my account! This is a disgrace and without a doubt I will never use Pocketwin again. Their loss in the long run and I hope that their business goes bust!”
