“We are not super happy with these podiums we bought several so all of our campuses would match but they are all coming loose the top part so when its brought out its crooked or tilted. For the price we would expect this not to be an issue. Also if you film your service it has a pretty bad glare.”

“Our Communion table is beautiful. Our experience with Podiums Direct was not. There was no communication about expected ship date, etc. unless I emailed them. They charged my credit card in July, and we received the table in October. When we received it - it was not the one we ordered. I contacted them right away, but it took a week + for them to tell me how they were going to remedy the problem. They did end up making it right... but I would not purchase from them again. It was just too complicated - and the customer service was not great. UPDATE: Within minutes, after I posted this honest review detailing our experience with Podiums Direct, I literally received this email from them: "Thanks for the bad review we made all right do not understand why a church would try to ruin a small business very un Christian like. " Enough said about their professionalism?”

“The only area that needs improving is the delivery time. Don’t know if it was due to Covic or if that’s the standard delivery time but there needs to be a shorter process from start to delivery.”

Gerry Lead Times for all the items you ordered was approximately 10 weeks from receipt of order and are subject to change without notice due to production schedule. This is due because of the economic material shortages and labor shortages. We are hopeful that once these nationwide issues are resolved our lead times will began to shorten. “The Portable Presentation Lectern T-35 Speaker Stand we ordered in Dark Oak came out WAY more of a red tone than we wanted and what was pictured on the swatch on the website. It was for our wedding, so we didn't have time to exchange it. Other than that, the quality of the lectern seems fine.”
