“In the pursuit of minimising my waste I opted to swap out my disposable pods for the Podstar. I’m loving the product as it is easy to use and clean.
Only drawbacks are: It does take some time to prepare and clean the pods each use. I also drink black coffee and it requires 2 pods per long black. Not a big deal but if you’re a person that had a pod machine for speed I would recommend buying several to have yourself prepared.”
“I was nervous about spending so much money on these in case they weren’t what I was looking for, but they are great!!! Love them! Easy to use and so good for the environment. The instructions say to fill to the line, but I have found this to be too much and the pour to be too slow.”
“Great product and great customer service!
At first I was hesitant to purchase reusable pods due to the cost, however now I have them I can definitely say Podstar pods are well worth the money, as long as you take the time to learn how to use them properly. I highly recommend watching their YouTube videos in order to get the most out of your pods.
My only regret is that I purchased a two pack rather than a four pack :(”
“I love my pod star coffee. As long as I fill it to the very top of the pod and press the coffee down several times with the tamper while filling the pod then I have beautiful coffee that works very successfully in my nespresso machine. It feels so good to no longer be uing and then throwing out the one use pods. I also love that I’m making a coffee each day with fresh coffee and I really enjoy my little routine of filling the pods. Highly recommended”
“Love the pods. Unfortunately due to price only have the dual pack. My only real complaint is the fact that the parcel was sent using Sendle, they are consistently late to WA, and never update their tracking.”
“I have purchased the reusable pods to cut down on the amount of landfill. The coffee grains can go into the compost. It is a little fiddly initially but now we fill all four ready for morning coffee in the office.
We are still working out the fineness of the grains to use and the type of beans. As a tea drinker, drinking maybe two cups of coffee a week, I have had at least one a day since we received the pod.”
