“First time customer, wish I'd read these reviews first. TRUST THE SIZING GUIDE! These clothes run large. I am 5'1", 140 lbs, curvy. I wear US 12 and ordered size 12 from Poetry. I am returning all for size 8 to see how these fit. I'm not giving up on Poetry as the colors & fabrics are lovely, packaging fine and delivery speedy.”

“I've been ordering from POETRY FASHION for about a year. I love their stuff but it sizes quite big, so order at least one if not two sizes down. it is quite expensive and they should offer their sales items in the US as well. I did not give them 5 stars because the packaging sucks, the boxes are flimsy and are rarely reusable for returns”

“The fabrics drape beautifully, colors a nice mix of fully saturated and more muted. Some styles are a little boxy for me, but returns/exchanges have been easy. Washing instructions are important to follow due to the fabric content - but if followed, they WORK. If I'm paying more for something, I don't mind caring for it properly. Sizing charts are helpful and are tailored to specific garments which I haven't seen elsewhere (thank you, Poetry)”

“I have a few pieces from Poetry. Not the cheapest although lovely materials and colours. The sizing is true and length descriptions are correct. Easy to care for. In all no problems including delivery times although I would be asking my money back had I paid for next day and not received the garment.”

“I have been buying clothing from Poetry for about three years. I have been very happy with everything I bought. I have purchased three linen shirts that I wear a lot and the quality is excellent. I also purchased a light cotton top which I am obsessed with. It’s so comfortable and fits well. I will continue to purchase from them. My only gripe would be that it’s a little pricey and they rarely have Sales.”

“After placing an order for a linen dress I enquired about the length of time to it being delivered. It was out of stock so I replied saying I wasn't happy to proceed due to the poor reviews posted. I got a phone call almost straight away from Mariam at Poetry and after a very pleasant discussion I got a very satisfactory result. I was impressed with fact I got a phone call and not just another email in reply. Judging from how the call was handled I would say Poetry is decent company to deal with.”

“In genera, I have been pleased by the quality of their clothing and the fashions are on trend. Although I do find their sizing to be off. Most things run very large. Great to size down :) but until you know that's the standard with them, it's expensive to return items. I have not had issues returning items (always have received the refunds), but the delivery is slow which I chalk up to items having to go through customs on this side of the pond. I have not had to contact customer service so I can't comment on that.”
