“We have a promotional event coming soon on March 14th and needed these pokerchips to advertise... The chips I received are awesome and great quality.”
“I aboslutely LOVE how these poker chips came out. It was super easy to design them on their website, the price was fair and the the quality was great.”
“The custom poker chips I ordered are great! They are of high quality and were produced and delivered timely. I’m gonna have a lot of fun giving them as gifts when I go see Phish in Las Vegas”
“DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - THERE IS ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND.I HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY ORDER YET I AM WAITING ALRRADY TWO WEEKS - PLEASE HAVE SOMEOME CALL ME”
“I communicated with the company six days ago to notify them that my post office rejected or refused to deliver my package to me and they look at the company responded quickly to say that they would help me resolve my issue. However, it’s now been four days since they told me they would help me resolve the issue. The SPS tracking shows that the package was returned to the company on February February 26, 2026 today’s March 2, 2026 and I have heard nothing.”
“Very pleased and happy with my customized poker chips for a special gift. The on-line customization was made very easy and they came delivered exactly as they appeared. Thank you!”
“Ive been renewing this order for a bar that I frequent. I know the owners well and give them the beer “chips” as a thank you. They are always appreciated. They are well made and are very classy!”
“Poker chips are nice but my only complaint is the text I added. On screen, looked good and readable but received actual chip, print is small and hard to read. I wished that someone from quality control would have noticed this and stopped production and questioned me as the customer.”
“No complaints! Shipped quick and the poker chips themselves look great. I gave these out as business cards at an art event and almost everyone said some variation of, “oh, cool!”.”
“Ugh - where do I start. PokerChips website was probably state of the art in 2005. Adding to that the site is regionlocked, making it extra difficult for me to place an order. They did not want to take my order by email. Since I work remote I had to try multiple VPN's just to place my order...
They did not want to provide photo proofs to verify prints, and instead claimed "the chips will look just like the digital proof on our website." Not true. The chips were much darker than the "digital proof" on the site, making one of my designs features virtually invisible. They also removed a white border that I intentionally added, wich was visible on the digital proof.
To be fair with the review, they delivered the "could've been better" chips on time, and the print was good enough quality for the QR code to work.
-1 star for the outdated, regionlocked website.
-1 star for not providing photo proof and claiming the "digital proof" was 1:1.”
