“After placing our order with a requested receive by date of May 29, we got an email informing us that the black chips we chose were backordered. We were asked if we wanted to choose another color, or wait for the black chips to come in. As we did have some flexibility, we requested to wait instead of choosing another color chip. We were extremely happy that our chips were printed, shipped and received by us several days before we needed to leave for our conference. The quality of the chips is excellent, and the printing was much better than we had hoped for! (We were promised a deck of cards because of the delay, which we never received. “I ordered 500 chips on May 27th and requested a due date of June 8th. On June 9th, I emailed them asking about my order. They replied that they would get them out that day and I would have them by the 11th. On the 15th of June, I still didn't have them. I had a hard time reaching them and never reached out to me to let me know what was going on. When they finally replied to me on June 15th, they told me they were out of the chip I picked and they didn't receive them like they were supposed to. They told me I could pick another style and they woudl get them out and overnighted to my event the next morning. I don't understand why nobody told me that prior to the day before my event. I did receive the product the next day but with no apology for the stress it caused leading up to a huge event.”
