But rather than be apologetic, OWN their performance decline and make things right, they decided to blame a nameless supplier. And, for the second order in a row, they failed to ship the case until I reached out and told they forgot they case, again. I'd love to be a repeat customer, but they make it very difficult.”

They assured me that, if I submitted that afternoon, they would make sure that I received them in time for my trip. I’m updating my original review because PokerChips.com made things right. After my initial concerns about the print quality and lack of communication, the company reached out and assigned one of their designers to work with me directly. They explained the limitations of printing such detailed artwork at poker chip size and helped redesign my artwork so it would print much more clearly.
Throughout the process they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making sure I was happy with the final product. I appreciate that they stood behind their work and took the time to help me get the design right.
I look forward to receiving the updated chips and would not hesitate to do business with them again. Thank you for making the situation right.”
“The chips are of a great quality. The stickers are all evenly centered. My only concern is that my proof showed more of the "ombre" look of my logo, but the stickers look more like they ran out of ink ran in the middle of printing. Next time I would make sure my logo is one solid color and use light print on any darker background colors. The black does not show very well, unfortunately. I'm a new business with limited financial resources, so I wish I had ordered a smaller batch initially. I would definitely order again with my changes.”
