“High costs of addition of temporary second driver”

“Ubezpieczam w Pol-Plan moje samochody od paru ładnych lat. 3-4 lata temu zrobiliśmy przerwe ponieważ nie byli w stanie zaoferować żadnego sensownego ubezpieczenia. Ze dwa lata temu zadzwoniono do mnie i zaoferowano nowe stawki. Kiedy zapytalem dlaczego powinienem kożystac z uslug brokera uslyszalem, że dbaja o klienta i maja obecenie lepsze stawki. Niedawno zmienialem auto na polisie. Z BMW 3 Coupe na malutkiego Peugouta. Okazalo sie ze to drugie auto jest znacznie drozsze niz BMW! Ale tylko w PolPlan... Kiedy zaprotestowalem zaproponowano mi ze poszukaja lepszego ubezpieczenia. No tak ale ktos mial o mnie zadbac tak? To byl weekend, mialem zaplanowany wazny dla mnie wyjazd. Obiecali ze oddzwonia. Nie oddzwonili. W koncu jakas malo orientowana w temacie ale mila pani zadzwonila i powiedziala ze zostala po godzinach aby zrobic ubezieczenie. Dostalem oferte o 50% drozsza od tego co znalazlem. Niestety potrzebowalem ubezpieczenia i wziolem w koncu co dawali... Rozczarowanie.... Drodzy menagerowie PolPlan: Powiedzcie ze trzeba sie z wami targowac jak na tureckim bazarze to nie bede mial pretensji... Jak mowicie ze zadbacie o moje interesy a tego nie robicie... oj nie ladnie...”

“I'm with Pol-plan few years and i'm not happy with Pol-plan service, specially about prices. What i expect from insurance Spacialists is that you will find me cheapest insurance but your prices are much bigger that prices i can find myself on compare market. And when i saying that price to your advisor he changes his mind and finding cheaper option than he did find before. So this is my last year with Pol-plan as i feeling you don't looking for best insurance for me. Thank you.”

“I have botht - my motorbike and car in your company, but it would be last year when l use yours company. I am disappointed with few things. When l decide insure my motorbike your consultant state that because is second product company would like send me M&S voucher worth £25 - l get leter and voucher worth £10. With my car l ask to make the payment in quoters (every 3months) however l get payment plan for 4 months in row... I was served in my native language (Polish) and this is even more disappointed as l completely loos trust for your company”
