“Pricing and info was easy to access and straightforward, overall process was good but only having a credit card option could be improved most people I would think want auto bank withdrawals. Also flexibility to be able to choose when the payments renew would also be more convenient.”
“Well, the process is still not hassle-free to be honest but I think the hassle is in the nature of this product not the PolicyMe process. In comparison with other big insurance companies that I have had experience with, the process is way better. Unbelivably, some big companies (like manulife) still send and receive documents via mail only and almost nothing is online. Their underwriting process is not consistent. The customer service is so bad. But PolicyMe is super good and helpful specially when it comes to customer service.
