“I am in the process of getting life insurance from one of the big companies, but it's been 2 weeks and they have not gotten back to me yet. Saw the ad of Policyme claiming they approve online and fast. Since I am also currently building a startup tech company, I know new startups do their best for the best service. So I gave it a try, both because Policyme is a new startup with seed funding and just to test how their claim of approving fast would work.
When I first submitted my application it took a while and in the end I got an error and the system said a ticket created and Policyme employees are informed and they'd get back. Noone got back. This is not something I'd expect from a startup company. Probably this feedback could be an area for improvement.
Nevertheless, I received a followup email later to submit a new application, though I was expecting to hear back from someone (regarding the existing ticket) in order not to spend time on creating a new application.
Anyways I submitted a new application and did not experience any issues, everything went perfect and fast and got approved in less than a day. Did not have to talk to anyone, filled my application, my ID was verified online, signed the contract online etc. The process was smooth.”

Just some quick notes:
When people are shopping for insurance companies, they may provide the same formulaic answers to "quick quotes", which may be a semblance of personal information, without disclosing all personal details, aka to avoid beaming out personal information to numerous locations all over the internet. This is to provide a basis for comparison, but may not be intended to be the official insurance application.
What your system has done is take those "quick quote" answers and immediately turn them into the final version of the policy, and then amendments and notes are made "in addition", without actually changing the policy wording. It should be possible to directly edit the actual policy to be accurate.
Some important questions seem buried. Asking people if they have ever been injured in the past ten years is rather important. I almost missed it, because it was buried in the middle of a long list of obvious questions, and then lumped in with "poisoning".
This is an obvious cause for concern.
