It took 3 months to update my partner's medical history to generate a new policy, which should have been much faster. “I filled out all of the papers, completed telephone and online questionnaires, received an email that Ive been approved and will be receiving my policy and other final documentation shortly. That was almost a month ago and Ive heard nothing since. Now I feel like I have shared a bunch of personal information for no reason.”

We had sent you a notification regarding the paper delivery of your policy on the 25th, but unfortunately, this must not have been received by you. Unfortunately, the policy has taken longer to be delivered than we would have expected however it looks like it is due to arrive in 2 days. Your tracking code is in your inbox.
