BUT the mounting ring is much much much thinner than on the web site now I have to take it to a local jeweler to get it resized --- and fill in with gold since re-sizing cant be done on the ring without modification. not happy. and the customer care service is really really bad. do not recommend bying from them again”

“This order did not go well. The ring is fine, the diamond is fine. Needed to be resized, reached out by phone and email to Pompeii3 to send it back for resizing and never heard a word. No response, nothing at all. Ended up taking the ring to local jeweler for resizing which voids any warranty. But I'm sure Pompeii3 is fine with that since they probably wouldn't respond to a warranty issue either. Very poor service.”
“Got to be honest here. I have ordered a few things from Pompeii and they have all been excellent. However the last thing I ordered was an anniversary ring for my wife which took quite a while to get here, we found it to have an imperfection on one side. Called in to see if I could send it back and replace it , the person said I could but would have to pay shipping myself, which I did and they would send me another one after they received it back. Now they have just refunded my money and no ring. Not sure if I would order from here in the future. We have made the decision to get her another ring from somewhere else. Sorry. I tried.”

“Bought a two carat. Received the item late. Had to email customer service to inquire about delivery. A month later finally received the ring. Then instead of the 2 carat ring that was ordered we received a 1 carat. Multiple communications with customer service to get what I paid for. They wouldn’t even look at the ring and continued to insist it was a 2 ct. Very disappointed with the process of correcting this mistake.”
