“Recently requested advice on purchasing a replacement multi-port valve for our pool as the existing one was leaking pool water through the waste gate. Their contact (Larissa) provided excellent help to ensure that I got the correct unit which resulted in minimal changes to the existing configuration. Couldn't fault the support that I received and the unit was delivered promptly and well packed. Top marks from me...”
