Excellent service from Ross who popped out on a Sunday to look at our old pool pump which was leaking. Ross offered sound advice, part was ordered and it was fixed and back running within a few days. Very affordable and not trying to rip us off. Pool Spot have also been doing monthly pool service on our rental premises for over 3 years and we have been extremely happy with the service provided.

I've been using PoolSpot for my pool maintenance for the past two years and I must say, it's been an absolute pleasure. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and always provide consistent service without any pressure to buy extras. I had a problem with a leaking Mobile portable valve on top of a 25 year old filter. Poolspot provided advice and quotes for both replacing the valve and replacing the whole filter unit. I decided that replacing the whole unit was the best way to go and Poolspot's price - with three options for the new filter - was significantly better than the other quotes I received. Matt and Sam were both great to deal with in the shop, and Nick and Peter handled the install very efficiently. Highly recommended.

New pump was not at the store to pick up when I went there as arranged - staff were very apologetic and arranged for Matt (who had been held up) to personally drop it off at my home - how’s that for customer service above and beyond!!

I purchased a new Zodiac TX30 Robotic Cleaner online from Poolspot. It broke 4 months later and two months on I am still waiting to get someone to fix it. No one seems to know what is going on. My pool is now a filthy mess and I still cant get any service on the broken cleaner. Very disappointing

Hi Susan, We sent you a lengthy email on the 13th of June detailing some steps to check on the unit. Once it was clear that there was something wrong with the unit we logged the issue with the manufacturer as they were in the best position to help you. We told you this at the time. Your claim that "no one seems to know what is going on" is simply unfounded. Unfortunately, there were some delays as there is a worldwide shortage of some components required to manufacture the motors. We're sorry if this was not communicated to you by us or the manufacturer. A local warranty agent was assigned to look at your unit and you received a brand new unit around the 9th of August due to the delay in getting parts, which I think is a pretty good outcome. When you first reported the issue on the 13th of June to when you received a new unit on approx 9th of August was longer than it should've taken, but it's less than the two months that you claim. Unfortunately, we don't get updates once we log the issue with the manufacturer. If you had contacted us we could have followed it up for you.
