“Item good but packaging badly damaged. Needed for present and unfortunately hadn’t time to return for a exchange.”

Many thanks for shopping with us and I am very sorry to hear the package arrive damaged on the puzzle. We currently bubble wrap and these then place in a sealed mail bag as they are quite large flat items. In future knowing this happened we will add another layer of cardboard before the wrap to prevent a repeat.

“I had a very good experience with Poppets. I had to change my order and I spoke on the phone with a guy who was most helpful and changed it readily. Also I love the fact that the items came wrapped in tissue paper. It shows care. I'd like the tax to be included in the price shown on the item.”

“This was my second purchase from Poppets and once again superb service was received - it was also my second purchase of Tia the Tiger but this time as a birthday present for myself. Tia was discounted already but I then had a 10% reduction from my earlier review. I heartily recommend Poppets for any purchase of toys - excellent service + competitive prices = go to vendor.
