We’re really sorry to hear that your dog didn’t take to Poppy's Picnic. it’s always disappointing when a pet doesn’t enjoy their meals, especially after trying different flavours. Every pet is unique, and while many love our food, we completely understand that it’s not always the perfect fit for every furry friend. We do have a dedicated support team who are always on hand to guide and help with the transition from one food to another. If you had let us know that your dog didn't like the food we could have helped with this. We offer tips and guidance for those having difficulty transitioning. “Fabulous food. Complete meals which you can warm through if you wish (I don't unless I forget to get it out of the freezer the day before). Best food you can buy, first class ingredients and gets eaten as soon as the dish is put down. Delivery is fast and you get a two hour time slot.”

“My nine year old Cockapoo has always been fed a raw diet but on recommendation from a family member we tried Poppy’s Picnic. The quality of the meat is far superior, the range is good and the ordering and delivery process is quick and easy. Very happy new customer!”

“I can see that this food is excellent, but my puppy seems to be picky - she likes everything sometimes and not others. It’s the same with every food. I try her with it raw sometimes, but mostly she prefers it cooked. I’m trying again with a second order, fingers crossed. Delivery was impressively fast.”

“All three of my dogs enjoy every flavor of Poppy's Picnic that they have tried (which is nearly all the adult offerings). They have silky coats and plenty of energy, and seem to be thriving on these meals. Every package has been uniformly sized and top quality.”
