“DPD let the company down by not delivering on time as they sent the parcel to the wrong depo. I contacted Poppy’s Picnic by Email to report the issue and that DPD had messaged me to say the parcel would be delivered one day late. In no time, Poppy’s contracted me, told me that they would reissue the goods, as the original goods would be spoiled. They also explained what had gone wrong within DPD for the parcel to be delayed. The reissued parcel arrived the next day in perfect condition. Excellent service from Poppy’s Picnic. *****”

“Wow. Tried every food going. My pug turns her nose up at them all. But poppys picnic meatballs have her dancing and she scoffs them and licks the bowl until it rattles !!”

“We love our pets and want to do and give the best... for food that's Poppy's Picnic. My fur baby is a Yorkipoo and has always been an extremely fussy eater... but then I discovered Poppy's Picnic. He loves it and the quality and variety is outstanding. Cant recommend it enough. It comes in individual trays and you can choose which flavours you want, smells fresh and the treats are great as well.Everyone always says how great he looks. The other plus side is they are lovley people to deal with, always there with advise and the delivery is easy and very quick. 5 Stars and more .”

“So I probably have one of the only Pugs in the world that is fussy about food! After trying him on various different kibble I felt like I was having to force feed my dog which wasn’t nice. Knowing little about raw food I always thought it was massively inconvenient but I remember seeing Poppy’s on Dragons Den years ago and thinking oh that looks so good. Fast forward to today and my little pug gets excited about his food and clears the bowl clean. Having started on the mince I can’t wait for my next order to try some of the other meats Poppy’s do. Would highly recommend as there is no greater feeling that seeing your dog being happy with his food and knowing about all the health benefits that raw provides!”

“I chose Poppy’s picnic for my schnauzer Nora because poppy is a schnauzer!!! And the food sounded yummy!! Nora absolutely loves it... I ordered chicken turkey beef and lamb complete. Her favourites are the lamb and beef she literally sits and whines and dances when I get it out the fridge to plate up!!!! The food smells good enough to eat yourself!! And the customer service phone call I received was wonderfully informative and made me feel very valued as a customer!!! Thank you Poppy’s picnic!!! Karen and Nora🐾❤️”

“I have 3 very happy recipients of Poppy’s dog food. Come 4 pm no one will settle until their food has been put down on the kitchen floor and then 5 seconds later.... it’s gone! Great product and lovely customer service team”

“After months of trying to find a quality dog food and costly wastage (but donated to local dog rescue centre) I am delighted that we found poppy's picnic, what a relief a wholesome nutritious food that our 14 month old cockapoo absolutely loves and with good old fashioned service and delivery we are delighted. “Arthur was never a great eater, could easily skip food all day which is a great shock when your old dog eat everything in sight! I was given a tray of Poppys Picnic from a friend to try and he loved it! Now he’s regularly asking for his dinner from about 3:30pm an hour and half to early 😂”

“I am so pleased to of found a good quality dog food that my fussy little cavapoo will eat! I have tried other raw foods in which sadly my dog showed no interest in, however as soon as the Chicken and Bone is in her bowl its gone within seconds. The food is delivered on time and well presented. We are so glad to of found your company:) Jo & Ruby :)”

“I can’t rate this highly enough. My puppy had decided to stop eating everything he previously liked. Tried all the tips from YouTube videos with no success. From the first time he had PP he was straight into the bowl and wolfed it down. Not had any issues with him eating ever since. Plus he’s in love with the dragons scales (tried him with various fish things before and he’s not even sniffed at them). I’m over the moon with the service and the product.”
