“Since starting Poppys Picnic fussy eating from my diva cockapoo has become a thing of the past- a great relief as I had spent a fortune trying stuff for her to reject!! I feel confident that she’s enjoying her food … as long as I remember to defrost it in time but even then the power balls can be briefly cooked and all is well. A great find for us both!”

“Lately some of the beef packs has been quiet fatty. I stopped ordering the beef ones as our dogs stomach didn't agree with it couple of times. I cooked it just to see how much fat is there. We only order wild boar and duck now. Apart from that it's a lovely product.”

Hi Josef Thank you so much for this 4 * review and your feedback We use different cuts of the animal in our recipes, from local Red Tractor farmers along with coconut oil and salmon oil. If cooking and prefer not to serve the oils and natural fats, it is safe to drain the mince before serving We're delighted to see that your dog is enjoying our duck and venison and wild boar. “From a human point of view, product is always quality, well minced, smells good… from the main recipient, always a clean bowl and when it comes out, always a good consistency that passes easily and never smells bad!”

“Recently switched my puppy to Poppy's Picnic. Absolutely loves it, eats every single morsel with gusto! so clean plate every single time! Ordering is straightforward and after a week and half noticed a difference in my dog I can only attribute to change in diet. Wish we had done it sooner!”

“I am certain that Poppy,s Picnic is excellent for my dear little dog. She, though middle aged plus, is in top health. I attribute this to the mixture in her feed which she loves. The only problem is that I have difficulty in feeding her the right amount. She is not overweight but sturdy. My wife keeps at me not to over feed her. The dog I mean not wife. Please keep up the very good work in making my dog healthy and well.”

“I love the extra additives added like turmeric, my dog unfortunately can't digest the butternut squash so I'd wish for a raw with the bone, organs and veg and fruit a bit more simplified. He loves the treats, looking for a calming treat atm and the broth is great. I just like like the packaging as the polystyrene goes everywhere. I'd like to send boxes back too.”

“Can't recommend enough. Molly is very fussy and we've tried every dog food on the shelf. I often had to feed her by hand to persuade her to eat and even when I thought I'd found something she liked, she would refuse it after a day or two. Since switching to poppy's picnic I never have to coax her to eat and after several months she still loves the power balls. In fact she now barks to tell me it's dinner time and cleans her bowl every night.”
