“Bernie my Coton de Tulear loves Poppy Picnic Raw dog food and has never once gone of it in the 3 years that I have been feeding him Raw. I would definitely recommend this brand to anyone wishing to swap over to raw.”

“I have been purchasing Poppy’s Picnic since 2018 for my two cockapoos. They throughly enjoy the meals and the variety of the different proteins available. I have just had my first order of the new products and have tried all 4 Raw Power with one of them plus added a Mighty Wild Boar which he has enjoyed clean plates. I like the new meals as they have added beneficial ingredients especially the turmeric. My other cockapoo has the Mighty (enhanced) version so have tried the Lamb, Beef and Wild Boar version and was wondering if you will be changing the Chicken over. The change from bones to crushed egg shells hasn’t made any difference to her poos. She was diagnosed with problems with her liver enzymes so the enhanced is good as it contains Milk Thistle, among other things which helps and she no longer requires any supplemented medication. They both like the treats a Super Sprinkles as well and have recently ordered the Lamb broth but not tried it as yet. H Since noticing your product on Facebook in 2018, after trying different raw food companies I found yours to be very helpful and very quick to respond to any questions or queries that I have asked. I haven’t found a company so quick to respond. I can also buy your food locally (Milton Keynes) if I run out before ordering. Also DPD deliver the food on time. One last thing I will be taking up your returning of the polystyrene very shortly. Keep up the good work Dylan and Poppy and all your team x”

“I thought my dog just wasn't that into food, but he absolutely loves Poppy's picnic! We now get happy tappy feet and impatient "hurry up with my food" woods. It does take a fair bit of space up in the freezer, but as it's nicely packed it does stack well letting you maximise room.”

“After weeks of cajoling with hand feeding and adding paste to his kibble to get him to eat, my puppy took one sniff at his new food and wolfed the lot - licking his dish clean at every meal. Definitely worth making room in the freezer!”

“Raffi, was not happy with the minced lamb, I served it every which way, raw, cooked, raw with butter on it, cooked with grated parmigiana sprinkled on top but no no no. Then I tried the minced chicken, now that was a success, so I think we’ve cracked it there. About the meat balls, are they meant to be served frozen?? Because they arrived defrosted.”

The meatballs are meant to be served defrosted - Our boxes are designed to keep your food cold in transit and if it arrives cold (but not frozen) it can go straight into the freezer.
