“I was really pleased to be able to obtain samples of the tiles we thought might suit our house. We are at the start of a long home development project, so it's too soon to choose our tiles- but having the samples will definitely inform our final decision. Thanks for providing the service. “They were extremely helpful. Something went wrong with my order and all my tiles were cracked and after a 6 week wait we finally received new ones and also the company were very helpful and remained polite at all times”

“The samples I requested arrived quickly and were of a good size so that I could get a true understanding of the colour, pattern and quality. They were also really well wrapped so that they wouldn't be damaged in transit or damage my flooring when they were posted through the door. I ordered following the receipt of the samples and again was pleased with the product, there was only a few small chips on a couple of tiles but they were used at the edges so not a problem. Great quality products and service.”

“Had a fantastic experience with porcelain superstore. I made several contacts with a very knowledgeable customer service advisor before purchasing. Delivery went smoothly and the tiles were packed perfectly (not a single broken tile!). I have recommended to family and friends and wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again. Superb!”
