“Sales and delivery communication was great. Issues discovered upon operation of unit were not handled in a timely manner and customer is forced to use local resources to repair instead of Portable Restroom Trailers standing by the product and using their own local mobile servicing resources to fix issues. Requests for service are not responded to timely and multiple requests are needed to get staff attention.”

Dear Josh, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear the sales and delivery process went smoothly. Regarding the issues, we appreciate the communication throughout the process. After receiving the information and pictures you sent, we contacted the manufacturer to investigate the cause of the issue. We also received warranty approval and scheduled a technician to inspect and resolve them. Warranty processes do require certain steps, and while they can take some time, we’ve worked to address your concerns promptly. The technician is scheduled to be there today to complete the necessary repairs. Thank you for your understanding, and we are committed to resolving this quickly.

“Our School District needed 5 portable restroom trailers for our athletic events at high schools. “Working with Ivy is always a great pleasure. We have 3 units now. 1 standard 12 stall and 1 ADA.and 1 custom mothers room just recieved. We had an issue with the 1st unit on arrival but they were able to get the correct technicians out and assist to resolve. I would not hesititate to use again in the future. Thank you!”

“I was very impressed with the look and functionality of the 3 station unit we rented for our event. It was very clean and pleasantly decorated. The countertops and floors were very nice. The driver that delivered the unit was very friendly and professional. He even helped us as a judge. Great personality! Great customer service. I will call them again next year.”

“We rented a shower trailer in July. The propane tanks on the trailer were not certified and were almost empty. We had to replace the tanks at our expense. We did not receive all of the trailer cleanings for which we had paid ahead of time. We were promised refunds. We have submitted receipts and and emailed requesting a refund. We have heard nothing. We have called multiple times and our calls are not being returned.”
