“I sell wonderful things on poshmark. And I'm honest with all my sales. It's the thieves that buy, use, and send back. They can't do that at stores anymore so they buy on poshmark etc.”

“There is no unified/clear sizing! You are at risk of waisting money and NO returns! The shirt I received is completely unusable for me, as it doesn't fit, instead of agreeing to return, Posh is asking me to resell it on their platform, and I'm not in the business of selling items! Their ruling on this matter has cost me $266.57, which could have been mitigated if the shirt had been returned and resold alongside the seller's other items. This would have been avoided with a proper platform of unified measurement standard as part of the metadata for listings accompanied by a link to a measurements guide/definition.”

“I have been a buyer and seller on Poshmark for years and sometimes do not always agree with their decisions however, I do respect them until now. Somebody recently bought a brand new blouse for me with tags still on it, they ruined the blouse! I showed evidence to Poshmark, and they disregarded it and credited them anyhow?? Since when is it OK for someone to buy a piece of clothing, where it, ruin it and get their money back. I will be closing my account with Poshmark and do not recommend this platform unless you want to be completely frustrated. They also take more money than any other site and sales have slowed down to almost a screeching stop the past year and a half. Not worth your time or effort!”

“Do not buy from poshmark and @cierranikole. First order I place with poshmark and receive a different item than ordered from @cierranikole. I was expecting to receive a New Lululemon sweatpants that have been discontinued, and I received very similar sweatpants from a brand called automet and different size as well. I reported it immediately and seller not only denied the scam but accused me of being a scammer. I provided pictures of the package delivered front door from my ring camera, pictures of the pants, the label - on the same day it was “delivered”. Do not order from postmark or this seller.”

“I've been able to sell on eBay 1 time IN AN ENTIRE YEAR. This app has to be the biggest joke going and it really ticks me off as a seller that I have to mark my stuff up higher because of Poshmarks ridiculous fees which keeps people from wanting to buy because they could go to a store and buy things cheaper.”

“TERRIBLE COMPANY - BEWARE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE! NO BUYER GUARANTEE - DENY LEGITIMATE RETURN CLAIMS TO MAINTAIN SELLERS!! I WAS SENT COMPLETELY WRONG COLOR PANTS FROM SELLER AND SENT POSHMARK OVER 20 PICTURES ILLUSTRATING NOT COLOR PANTS LISTED - BUT POSHMARK KEPT ASKING GOR MORE PICTURES WITH BETTER CAMERA BETTER LIGHTING - I EVEN THOUGH EVERY PICTURE WAS VERY CLEAR AND PROVED WRONG COLOR!! BLATANT UNETHICAL DENIAL OF LEGITIMATE RETURN - STOLE MY MONEY WITH NO RECOURSE . AFTER READING MANY OTHER BUYER REVIEWS IT IS CLEAR THAT IT IS A SCAM POSHMARK POLICY TO DENY LEGIT BUYER RETURNS!!! “The advertised listing was misleading. I received the wrong color backpack. The listing had 5 pictures of a teal backpack and I received a black one. I opened a case with Poshmark to simply return the item and have them issue a refund since they were discrepanies in the listing but case closed with no explanation. One can not list multiple pictures in the listing of one color and then send a different color and only stating in small print --all black. What is all black. The inside, the box being shipped, or the zippers, etc.? The pictures should match the item and match the small print. Otherwise, what is the purpose of the pictures? ALSO the title stated nothing of the color of the item which is the first and best representation of the product. Small print is for more details and further description of the condition, not to see if the pictures are not accurately represented. Also on Poshmark, I made an offer and then they automatically accepted and shipped it immediatley before I even authorized the sale-- within minutes. These are not standard fair business practices. Again, I would like a refund or be provided a free return shipping label and I will gladly return the item for the refund. The pictures are the one I recieved and the second picture is the showing the color of backpack in the listing.”

“They do not keep your info safe. I was contacted by someone who was supposedly a rep from Poshmark and needed an activation fee. He also stole my bank account info, password and email from Poshmark and they have nothing to say about it. BEWARE”

“Do not advertise with this company, sold 2 items for Almost $400 and it’s been over 2 weeks and I have not received my money and instead, they close my account. When I sent customer support trying to get answers to where is my money, all the messages responding back was automated from Autoficial Intelligence saying same thing that it takes 2-3 days and now it’s been 2-3 weeks. Google this company and all you will see is Bad Reviews, i should have Google them first before opening an account with them. Now I have lost $400 and alot of wasted times”

“Unless you have a rare item you need to purchase, I’d not ever purchase anything on Poshmark. Their return policy is bad. Pretty much you buy it sale is final. And the timing of customer service support is days. That is way too long to wait. In my case, I had purchased an item that per their website if purchase within the next 2 hrs item will arrive before Christmas. Guess what? It’s a lie. After order was placed, a day later received a message saying the item will be arrive 2 days after Christmas. Tried to call to cancel the order, or return it as it useless to me after Christmas. No luck. Eventually got a message saying no return unless received package damaged. Oh, item was received almost a week later, not two days after Xmas so they couldn’t even meet the delayed shipping date. Good luck if you decide to use Poshmark”

“I had an issue with a dress I bought via Poshmark. I contacted the customer service with my issue. It had a reply in few hours, although it is a holiday season, and my issue was resolved immediately. I am impressed with how fast and satisfactory my experience with Poshmark was.”

“Poshmark is just another greedy company. The items are not vetted. Poshmark wants their cut, so they harass you until you accept the item so they can make a profit off of it. The percentage they take is ridiculous , plus your shipping costs of 8.00 once you buy an item just adds to it. Do yourself a favor, and look elsewhere.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY. CLICKING ON A LINK - just to look at a product, they charged me without any options of reviewing sale, address or CC. “I love Poshmark! Your business model is excellent, well thought out, and you make it so easy to sell and/or buy great quality fashions, and even basic items. I particularly like the "like" button and visit my saves regularly because some items are truly Art. Your site inspires me and fuels my imagination with design, color and options. “I have been a long time Ebay user, almost 2 decades. I recently found poshmark and have never experienced such great and genuine transactions as they provide. All purchases and sales come 100% accurate to description, in an incredibly timely manner, usually with a handwritten thank you letter. Every seller on the website is honest and fair, I've already spent close to 5k through my small business on poshmark in a few short months. THANK YOU”
