"I purchased an item that was listed as a large, which was stated in the title of the product description. What I received was a medium. I submitted a return request, stating the aforementioned issue. The seller agreed to process the return and apologized, but they lied again. Poshmark refused the return saying I should have asked more questions, but considering the size was listed in the product title, what question should I have asked? \u201cHey, Poshmark seller, are you lying about the size?\u201d I have been a Poshmark shopper since 2013. I will never shop there again."

"Purchased a collectable barbie seller stated it was minor damage received orderd it was COMPLETELY DAMAGED! Was issued $5 credit what a joke! Seller didn't sell me what she posted. Scamming company! I already reached out to my bank for a refund bc why would I damage something I paid for make no sense and lie on top of that! Customer service is a joke! Why would I purchase DAMAGE GOODS with mold?? Or a DAMAGE collectors item??"
