“Post box arrived quickly and was very well packaged. It looks good and is sturdy. The only disappointing thing is that the security keys & lock seem quite flimsy, which is a shame as the parcel drop is secure to avoid retrieval from above.”

“Ordering on line was simple and the price was comparable with other suppliers providing you added the post cost to the quoted product price. The post box arrived quickly and was well packed. PostBoxShop provide a contact number for sorting any difficulties but there have been none.”

“After an arson attack on our house we wanted a secure letterbox and PostBoxShop provided an anti arson box which is strongly made and easy to fit to the back of the door. It has given us a feeling of regained security. The box arrived promptly and has clear instructions about how to use and a reminder date about replacing the chemicals which will put out a fire.”

“Terrible, actually, no customer service. Made five attempts to contact company to return and replace an item and not one response in 4 weeks. Have now resorted to a disputed card transaction to get my money. With eBay and Amazon eating everyone's lunch customer service and value add is key.....they've delivered none.”

Hi anonymous, It would help to handle your complaint properly if you left your name rather than making an anonymous comment. ALL calls are returned as long as a phone number is left on the voicemail. Saying "call me back" is not enough for us to identify a caller. Our offices were also shut for 2 weeks during the Christmas break as clearly notified on our website. Sorry your experience with us was not to your satisfaction and hope you have found the product you were after eventually.

“This company do not return phone calls, do not notify you when the parcel is out for delivery. The courier does not notify you of intended delivery, does not leave a failed delivery note and finally delivered to the wrong address on 'apparently' the third attempt. Item look fine.”

Hi Pam, Thank your for your review. We will ask the courier what happened as they are usually very reliable with their service. We always return calls when a phone number is left. We could not find your message, but we are glad you are satisfied with the quality of the product you purchased from us.

“I purchased this box as it was advertised as waterproof. It definitely is not and begs believe that someone can produce such a box that lets the water in, which pools in the bottom. Water gets in under the lid and enters the box through the mail slot. There is also a hole to the rear which has to be covered with tape. Not what I would expect from a known brand - Brabatina.”

Hi Lester, Sorry to hear about the issue. We cannot figure out how the water can get under the lid if it is shut! Was the lid left in upward position by the postman? Or was the mail not pushed in properly? We only use the brand Brabantia and DAD as they are the manufacturers providing the best quality products on the market. We are quite happy to replace it if you think it is faulty. As for the hole at the back, did you use the fixings supplied with the box along with rubber washers? Feel free to contact us if you wish to discuss this further

“Original product was appalling badly made. However, my complaint was dealt with in a very quick and helpful manner with a superior product issued as a replacement. Excellent customer service to correct a problem. My one negative is how such a bad product is issued in the first place. Would use again”

“The post box is well constructed and delivery was as scheduled. If the item had been delivered with 4 waterproof washers (for the fixings) I would have awarded 5 stars. Never the less it is a good product.”

“Item (mail box) arrived within a week and was well packaged though appears to have been dropped before it was packed. Only slightly damaged and was able to bend it back into shape. Damage was not worth sending it back.”

Hi Mr Anonymous We checked all our boxes before packing them. Should they arrived damaged, we always offer replacement or refund upon evidence of damages. We are glad you have managed to fix this minor damage and assume you are satisfied with your order now that it is installed.
