As you know Christmas is a busy time of the year and courier companies are struggling with the volume of parcels to deliver. “Very pleased with the safety features of product - the lock and the internal letter-slot guard. The ability to purchase the postbox in any RAL colour was a huge bonus as it will be a striking design feature on the wall of our new-build house”

“I am very pleased with the products however the delivery of the goods via Parcel Force was unsatisfactory. I was not at home & have no near neighbours so the parcel was not left on the 1st attempt. The driver left a card to say the parcel had been left at a PO which is not my local PO. I was not given the option for the driver to attempt a 2nd delivery which I waited in for. When I queried this with Parcel Force l was told that the arrangement was due to your contract with Parcel Force. As a result I had to make a round trip of 6 miles to collect the parce as opposed to less than 1 mile. I found it strange that the parcel had not been placed on my local route. Patricia Smith”

“The 'Seabox' letterbox seems well made, just what we wanted. It was easy to fix with three screws and Rawlplugs (latter not supplied). Very quick delivery, no problems with the order.”

“Initially I was misled over the product price ending up with a box much more expensive. Now, around a year later, I have a box where the lock is difficult to open. I raised this with the sellers office & was promised a return call. A week later still not received that call. Not impressed so far.”

Not sure how you were misled with the price of the box as all prices are clearly shown on our website, with the possibility to go back or cancel at any time during the purchase process. As for the lock, we have ordered a new one to the manufacturer as soon as you contacted us. It will be sent to you as soon as it is in our possession and we have checked it. “I bought a post box. I asked for additional information by phone and this was dealt with quickly. The order was dispatched quickly and arrived within 2 days. The box is well made and secure. It takes letters and small to medium packages. The only problem I have encountered is when a postman was a little enthusiastic in trying to fit in a parcel that was a tight fit. It nearly jammed the mechanism.”
