“They provided a box small enough to fit our space but big enough for needs. Solidly made but sadly does not have any instructions or fittings for wall mounting, essential for our location. Delivery was efficient and quick.”

“I ordered 3 Post Boxes and was sent one. Had I not been around or was on holiday etc this would have caused a huge issue and we may never have picked it up, as we have a number of sites. As it was I wrote to you, your representative apologised and then sent the other two. So a fair result, however it seems to be a rather bizarre mistake to read the order and miss the quantity?!”

“Postbox arrived very well packed, a couple of days early. Excellent quality and fits exactly where the old one has sat for over twenty years. This one a bit smarter though and more secure. Seemed a bit expensive, but as the quality is so good and it is extremely secure and good-looking - would definitely recommend.”

“Good quality product, well packaged and delivered promptly. My only adverse comment is that because the holes in the back panel are so high up it made it difficult to get your hand in to turn a screwdriver. The lower fixing points were much easier to use.”

“The post box was of very poor quality and flimsy. It could have been pulled open very easily and the lock was useless. The cost of postage was excessive at £9.90 whereas the cost to send it back was £6.00! I received a refund less the £9.90 so the whole exercise cost me £15.50 for absolutely nothing. Not even an apology!”
