“Very helpful customer service to process the order. Quick response from the design team and great collaboration on the design changes. Very fast production and efficient shipping. “Deeply disappointed that no one questioned a small bit of stray placeholder text on my pull-up banner. It was my own fault--I think an extra textbox was revealed when I had to do a last-minute resizing to fit a banner I needed in a hurry, and it was small enough that I didn't notice it in the proof I reviewed on my smartphone. In the past, PostUp customer service has always reviewed my artwork and even questioned things that didn't look right, attention that I appreciate.”

“Was single-handedly the worst customer experience I've had in years. Kept being told different things from different team members, was told my item would arrive on time, it didn't, and then after that, they claimed I didn't order it. Which I did.”
