“I've been a customer for over 10 years. With an upcoming bridal show, I needed to update my props and displays. I found, to no surprise, how patient, courteous, and professional the staff, especially the graphic/design personnel. Extremely fast in putting together a newly designed banner with our new company logo. On top of that, I will have everything I need much quicker than I could have dreamed. I will always recommend PostUp, and have recently, to the organizer of our local bridal show.”

“The team is always on top of things and get the proofs back to use quick. This time we didn't realized the print needed color on the back but they made one and didn't charge extra. It was perfect and the final product looked great.”

“My experience with this company is so bad that I lost a client and I had to pay with my own money for another option for the exhibit right on the spot. I ordered +$6K for all sort of displays for an event and the order was never process even though it was paid in full and I followed up with a few phone calls making sure everything was ready for production. I was promised an email or a phone call if there was a problem with the graphics and I didn”

“They are not as fast as they say they are. I had to CONSTANTLY follow up on my order in order for it to continue to process, starting with proof all the way to shipping. Customer service is nice but I feel their operating process needs improvement. The end product was nice (photo frame prop) but the constant hassle and stress was not ideal.”
