“Ordered a red custom-printed table runner. It showed up looking pink. Gave customer service the CYMK info and original file as well as photos of the runner next to other marketing materials we have that were printed in the correct shade of red. They refused to replace or compensate refund. Extremely disappointed in quality.”

“Everything went fine and product looks good. I didn't realize until it was shipped there is no hard case like I have with the smaller units. How do you ship 8' unit in a soft canvas bag???? Disappointed but it's my fault -I didn't check.”

“The item I ordered was exactly as it appeared in the listing. My only complaint was that the shipping charge was almost as much as the item. I needed a receipt so I called in and was helped immediately.”

“Easy process, good delivery time, and the stand looks great. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because they got the stand color wrong, and I wish the stand carrying case had a shoulder strap (makes for awkward airport transport). But these are small issues. It looks great, and I will definitely use again.”

“Unfortunately it was impossible to tell from your website what the end of the poles looked like and how they connected to the retractable banners. It also did not specify the diameter of teh poles ao I ordered them hoping they would fit but they did not and I returned them. I think better description of the poles and their dimensions would be very helpful.”

“I uploaded our artwork for 3 banners. The website said the images were low resolution, but I know we designed them with high-resolution images. Upon contacting Post up stands, we were informed that Post-up Stands was having problems with the resolution-check on the website and that we shouldn't auto-enlarge them. After placing the order then, I tried following up with Post up stands (through the emails I was sent) to see if they could verify that everything looked adequate. I received no confirmation or help from the person who responded. After getting the banners, the image on one of them is quite pixelated. I had to use it for our show as I didn't have time to get a new one, but it doesn't look very professional.”
