3/24/20 UPDATE: Looks like the artwork was getting stuck in Spam. I worked with Sara who made my changes and updates within minutes. Very easy to work with and helped me with a couple of design issues. Overall, a great experience with a very responsive team. Thank you, I will be back again! I haven

We received our Post up stand in a very timely manner. We took it to the career fair and it was great! Drew attention-but was not so big as it interrupted view. We would definitely order from Post-Up stand again!

Let me start by saying customer service was GREAT (5 stars). The printing on the banner was GREAT (5 stars). However, the product (a GLOW retractable banner with built in LED lighting) was sub-standard. The product would receive 2 stars. I ordered three and one of them arrived with a broken lock tab. Kevin V in customer service arranged to have a replacement cartridge sent. The product has a lot of sharp edges. and some of the electric cords received cuts and slices. I had to repair one of the cords. The manufacturer used surface solder joints on the LED light PCBs. One good tug on the cord could possible break the solder. I had to engineer a stress relief system using zip tie and a bolt to help stabilize the solder points. (*I was told modifications to the unit would void the warranty but I need this equipment to last through 5 shows this summer. I feel potential customers should be aware of the weak points on this unit and what they might have to do to make it last more than one show.) The LED PCB is attached to the light bar using an adhesive which I expect to come loose at some point in the near future. There's a translucent plastic panel that diffuses the light and it is very fragile. One of mine arrived broken. The case the banner comes in is not padded well and if anything more than the slightest pressure is applied to it, you may get some damage on your banner. I added some cardboard and bubble wrap just to get it back and forth to this first show. The IDEA of the Glow retractable banner is great but the manufacturing needs quite a bit of improvement!

No problem with the finished product or the people I've spoken with. Fast delivery and overall a good company to deal with. I'm not satisfied with the skills of the designer since I ended up having to design it myself (still paid the design fee). I gave the designer a layout of what we wanted, descriptions and even font and colour codes. The revision I got had the wrong font, logos were misplaced and not equidistance. I would order again, but only if I have time to design the banner myself.
