We love printing your posters. We're sorry to hear UPS damaged your box. Although rare, a less than careful driver or conveyer belt can occasionally smash a box or tube. When this happens, reach right out to us with pics of the damage and we'll handle everything, including filing a claim and sending a reprint right away.
