“I have a family tree 22x28 inches. Sent them the graphic of it...they sent it to me and it was perfect. It was put into a frame and is hanging in my house. I have used them many times for my family trees and each one was exactly what I wanted. No issues. The website is really easy to use too.”

We're so sorry to hear you were disappointed with this print. You uploaded an extremely low resolution and pixelated image, which results in a pixelated low quality print. You then approved the proof that showed the final result, and we must then assume the order was intentional. The quality of a print is always dependent on the quality of the source photo uploaded. If this wasn't intentional, you possibly selected and uploaded the wrong image and used a higher resolution image with another provider.
We'd be happy to reprint this for you at no cost if you have another image to print or a higher quality version.
