“The post office is the worse company ever, I was waiting on a Parcel I got a text to say that no one was in and sorry I missed the delivery, I was home all day and they never put a card through my letterbox,I got another text telling me it was at the post office for me to pick not even were the post office was when I spoke to a young lady at the office she said no problem. I can tell you where the where the post office is but what she didn’t realise was I’m an 81-year-old woman that could not walk that far with two kitchen doors which were very, very heavy. I donot have anyone to pick them up for me as my family live fare away, so they had to be sent back,what ever happened to our post office they are rubbish rubbish not a very happy customer”

“I used the main Golders Green Post Office. An assistant was extremely helpful, efficient and courteous. Her name is IRFANABANU and she works in the Golders Green Post Office. She was able to answer all my questions about sending a parcel to The Netherlands.. I shall use this service again and also recommend it.”

“Made a complaint in Feb 24, now June 24 and no response. Staff on twitter lied when I highlighted this and exclaimed " we respond to all complaints ". Why would you lie like that? Then more recently I was scammed by the creepy straw-haired Asian woman at the streatham branch. B*tch got more front that Southend. She charged me for a whole pack of envelopes when I only bought 1. Stole my money by refusing to rectify her mistake. Told me there was no one I could complain to. Say what? Wonder how much she makes on the side scamming people. I now refuse to be served by her, let others go ahead of me so I can end up at a different desk because I can't afford to be robbed again. Spoken to others in the queue and evidently she is well known for stealing from customers. Nasty woman with bizarre hair. Looks like she tortures it daily.”

“Vicky in Cardigan (Wales) Post office provided a service that was totally professional, and offered that refreshing experience so rare nowadays, of customer satisfaction. The only reason 5 stars were not given, was because (and possibly down to security issues), there were not sufficient funds on hand to effect a currency exchange. However, a 24 hour delay before the transaction would be completed did not seem unreasonable.”

“A kind lady helped me Daljit is her name l have been to the office several times and no one was willing to help me it was a process l couldn't have managed without I.T skills. This is at Park Street post office in Walsall. Daljit you an angel”

“I want to say, what a great Postoffice we have in London, On. They called me to say they have a parcel for me with no address. Inseed of sending it back they called me. THANKYOU SOOO MUCH. .”

“Rude asian women in hijab, always arguing with customers. Kept me waiting whilst people were jumping queue. No explanation and no apology given. When i asked her why she ignored me she became aggressive.”

“I like the services I receive from the staff of Post Office, Upper Holloway, London. The Manager Sabana is not only helpful but very knowledgeable of her work and role. I also appreciate the help of her team e.g Clema and others, always polite and patient with customers. Keep this up, Upper Holloway team.”

“Little Lever Post Office, Little Lever, Bolton. The Postmistress at this Post Office is really helpful. Every time I have been in there since she started years ago she has been lovely. Most of the time she seems to be on her own. I feel sorry for her because it is such a busy Post Office.”

“I was informed a tracked item would be delivered yesterday so I had to wait home. By 11.35am I had to go out and they came 11.43am an left a card, stating delivery today so I have to cancel other stuff and wait. 12.35pm now and not here! Just called and eventually spoke to someone who said it might arrive anytime up to 7.30pm! I said I cannot stay home all day and was told I can collect it another day…from the depot on the opposite side of town, or schedule another day but they will not give a time slot. The Post Office is useless and deserves to go out of business.”

“The most totally useless postal service in the UK, they can't even deliver a 24hr tracked parcel within the 24hr period & they charge us enough for it, they never accept responsibility for their abismal 'service' all they do is lie in any response they give "if they can be bothered to reply" a complete disgrace!!”
