“ I know they are going through tough times but the service I receive locally cannot be faulted. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I hope my local office is not one of those earmarked for closure as I can also do my banking there. ”

The only reason 5 stars were not given, was because (and possibly down to security issues), there were not sufficient funds on hand to effect a currency exchange. However, a 24 hour delay before the transaction would be completed did not seem unreasonable. ”
