“I know they are going through tough times but the service I receive locally cannot be faulted. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I hope my local office is not one of those earmarked for closure as I can also do my banking there.”

“Our local branch of the post office Abbey Road bearwood is wonderful in every way all the staff go a little bit further to help you and nothing is too much trouble. The service they provide is amazing and so handy that I can do all my banking there a godsend as there are no high street banks any more realy pleased.”

“The post office is the worse company ever, I was waiting on a Parcel I got a text to say that no one was in and sorry I missed the delivery, I was home all day and they never put a card through my letterbox,I got another text telling me it was at the post office for me to pick not even were the post office was when I spoke to a young lady at the office she said no problem. I can tell you where the where the post office is but what she didn’t realise was I’m an 81-year-old woman that could not walk that far with two kitchen doors which were very, very heavy. I donot have anyone to pick them up for me as my family live fare away, so they had to be sent back,what ever happened to our post office they are rubbish rubbish not a very happy customer”

“I used the main Golders Green Post Office. An assistant was extremely helpful, efficient and courteous. Her name is IRFANABANU and she works in the Golders Green Post Office. She was able to answer all my questions about sending a parcel to The Netherlands.. I shall use this service again and also recommend it.”

“I like the services I receive from the staff of Post Office, Upper Holloway, London. The Manager Sabana is not only helpful but very knowledgeable of her work and role. “Little Lever Post Office, Little Lever, Bolton. The Postmistress at this Post Office is really helpful. Every time I have been in there since she started years ago she has been lovely. Most of the time she seems to be on her own. I feel sorry for her because it is such a busy Post Office.”

“I send 2 to 15 1st class packages a week. They arrive in 3 days average, all over the US, and in good condition. The USPS is the cheapest option for me, by 3.00 or more per package. Thank you!”
