There was insufficient packing which meant that the spine of the largest book was damaged. Disappointing. I like my books to be in perfect condition. Hesitate to order again.

This is a rare occurrence as our warehouse team takes every measure to ensure that the books are securely packaged before they leave us, so I'm disappointed to hear this. I ordered 3 books from Postscript, 2 new and 1 'off-mint' condition. The 2 new books were perfect and lovely editions. However, the 'off-mint' book was badly damaged, the bind of the cover was ripped in multiple places, there were marks all over the books and it was in very poor condition, I wouldn't have been able to read the book without it being completely unuseable. I reached out to customer service and provided photos who deemed the book acceptable. They offered me a return which I have now sent the book back. I'm disappointed with the service I received, the book was not 'off-mint', it was in very poor condition. I'm really disappointed with the service and will be unlikely to purchase again from Postscript again.

Hello Jade, I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the service, we're never happy to hear that a customer's first experience with us is less than perfect. However, I am glad that we were able to arrange a return and refund on your first contact with Gail. At PostScript, we don't like to let any titles go to waste, so we have created a 'Clearance' section on our website. These are imperfect but perfectly readable books, and listing them in our clearance section allows us to apply a further discount. However, we understand that some of our customers are only interested in pristine copies, which is why we advertise the condition of each title before purchasing. I assure you that products bought as brand new from us will arrive in pristine condition and perfectly wrapped. Kind regards, Postscript Customer Services

Poor customer service and web site. It took over two days to change my email address with several emails and two phone calls required. Books are fine and so is delivery. The problem lies in ordering. I have ordered from Postscript over many years. Things never used to be this bad.
