"Ordered 10 retro prints a week ago and got them delivered today. All my pictures look incredible, as if I was viewing them from my phone! Can't wait to add these photos to my album!"

"I ordered 3 photos from postsnap, they were all poor in quality (overly dark images).\r\n\r\nI complained and was told (after some poor customer service) that I could return the photos for a refund. I did this and then I went on a 7-week ordeal where they refused to refund me. This was despite me sending Post Snap the photos as per the returns policy directed to me in an email.\r\n\r\nI was referred to the CEO Stephen Homer, who I found to be uninformed and belligerent. After all, it was his staff that directed me to claim a refund for the poor quality prints.\r\n\r\nIn the end I was forced to raise a dispute via PayPal. They reviewed the case and obviously sided with me because I uploaded the email chain as evidence.\r\n\r\nPoor prints, terrible customer service. They literally tried to steal my money!"
