“A great business with a a quality ethic, they want to help and give you the best service possible. In my case, they replied to me stating the resolution might be an issue and the print might appear dark. When I received the enlargement in the post it was perfect. This is the beauty of dealing with people rather than robots. Photographic printing is a craft and requires skilled staff to get the best results, this teamed with competitive pricing and quick turn around means I will use them again.”

“I was looking for some large prints to put on a wall in my new house, which had been left with 16 two and a half inch screws that had held eight 60cm frames. Turns out I didn't have to look far. After cropping some of my black and white shots of Welsh castle ruins into squares I entrusted them to Postsnap and wasn't disappointed with the results. Sharp as a pin even at 18 x 18 inches. They are going to look great hiding those screws. Well impressed. Speedy delivery and well packaged too. Recommend.”

“Just received some of my wedding photos back and I’m delighted with the quality. After trying a few online printers I had reservations but I needn’t have worried. A member of the team contacted me to say they were low quality so I resent the raw file which was eventually printed. Great customer service and attention to detail. They were printed in a3 and two from a drone but everything was sharp and no pixels in sight. Quick and efficient delivery! Will be returning - highly recommend!”

“I really love Postsnap and will definitely come back the next time. It has been pretty hard for me to find a shop that would print mini photos in London, so Postsnap is literally my lifesaver 🫶🏻 I am also really satisfied with the quality of photos they send me as well as quick delivery time and easy-to-navigate website. However, what surprises me the most is the customer service quality, as they send me email asking for feedback in a really respectful manner. 10/10 service and I'm definitely gonna recommend my friends also!”

“Really great service and happy with the prints. They kept me updated throughout the process as I had ordered large prints and they wanted to check I was happy with the quality of the images once blown up before sending to me. Prints arrived and very happy and now displayed on a gallery wall on the stairs. Would recommend and use again.”

“We have a little magnetic notice board in the kitchen that’s had the same pics and memories on it for years. I wanted to update with new pictures of friends and family so did a google search and found Postsnap. Really impressed how easy it is to load up, resize, crop images etc and their site double checks at the end so you know exactly what you are ordering. I got 40 miniature prints which arrived swiftly and are fantastic quality. I have so many photos stuck in my phone camera roll and it’s so nice to see some around the house. Will be ordering again from their range of ideas for sure. Thanks you for excellent customer service.”

“Really user-friendly system, easy to select, upload, edit, choose different dimensions for different pictures. Admittedly I had a small issue with my first ever order with one of the prints and they were very quick and helpful in resolving it to a good standard. Since then I have ordered many more prints from them, such is the buyer confidence they have established with me as a customer.”
