“I ordered an item last week and was given a delivery date for 2 days. I have yet to receive the order an its nearly 1 week overdue. I have emailed your company and still not had a reply.”

“Very bad service. Express delivery (7.95) paid on 20th October with estimated delivery date of 22nd-23rd. It finally arrived on the 29th. I requested a refund for so called express delvery, and received a fairly snippy reply stating that no refund would be given. Followed by a feeble excuse as to why my order was so late being dispatched. Also I was informed that there is no capacity to inform customers of such delays. Really? There seems to be the capacity to send an email with excuses for bad service, but no way to inform customers of a delay? Maybe having a working telephone number on the website might help. Obviously, I will not be ordering again”

“Another poor service review.... No sign of delivery a week after ordering despite express delivery option (that was automatically applied and could not be changed, ironically). Attempted contact numerous times by email, with phone number "not currently in use". I am having to contact my bank's fraud department to claw back the order cost, so I can purchase elsewhere. NEVER buy from these shysters!”

“PLEASE READ THIS IS A REAL REVIEW. I don't know how they keep on getting away with falsely advertising a delivery date if you order within so many hours and minuets. The advertised delivery date was why I paid express delivery, and I would not have ordered otherwise. After searching past all the positive reviews! there is a clear problem with how they operate with many people complaining about these delivery tactics. No communication from them, no tracking just take your money and deliver when they see fit. This behaviour is not honest and I will be another customer to never trust or use them again.”

“Ordered small pump and took five days to arrive costing £5.95 . Although clear in in advert three to five days it would be better to just say five days,as most folk would consider a small package to arrive much quicker. Look again at your competition Amazon.”

“Customers be aware when ordering from this company, I on looking on there web page & it stated that if I placed my order Within A certain time frame that my order would be delivered on the following Monday/Tuesday, So I placed my order but come Tuesday Pm No order was delivered, they did thank me for my order & said that Notification would be sent so I could see the tracking, nobody to answer the phone & was told that they only sent the order for this item when it was paid for My order arrived 10 days after they got my order.. I will never deal with this Company..”
