“Ordered and paid for a Hyundai 52cc Petrol Garden Multi Tool from this company as their website said they were in stock. Also paid extra for delivery by the 2nd August. I received an email from them today (1st August) to say they were out of stock until September. Now waiting for a refund, hopefully it will be done with the same speed as when they took the money from my account for payment. Will not use again.”

“Disappointed as an item was cancelled off our order without discussion. We had an email that said to speed up delivery of the item that was in stock, they had cancelled the other item on the order. I immediately went to the website which showed the cancelled item was in stock and available for delivery 2 days later. If we had been contacted we would have advised that we were happy to wait for the other item to be available and for both items to be dispatched together. Because we were not contacted we are not faced with having to reorder the item which would incur us an additional £6 in delivery charges which seems unfair. I have emailed Power Tools Direct about this last week but have yet to have a response from them.”
