“Order a pressure washer early April which arrived broken and sent back told would send a replacement now 21st April told out of stock till June would I like to back order so now want a refund very poor service”

“SEVERE LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND VERY SLOW AT RESPONDING TO EMAILS AS NOT POSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE BY PHONE DUE TO COVID. PLACED ORDER PAID ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGE FOR 3-5 DAY DELIVERY. 2 WEEKS LATER FOUND OUT NO STOCK AND STILL GOT CHARGED FOR DELIVERY. APPALLING LEVEL OF SERVICE WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.”
