“Good choice of products but very disappointed with delivery. Placed a sizeable order more than a week ago and is arriving in very small parts. Whole purpose of ordering from power tools direct was to receive everything in one delivery, but not so.”

“Ordered a Draper 53491 6/12V 10A Smart. Battery Charger, as this had a very good review. Power tools were one of the cheaper suppliers that sold it. Despatched in a timely manner and delivered in a couple of days. Have used power tools direct before, again with great service.”

“I would put 0 stars, but unfortunately this is not possible. I paid for express delivery because I urgently needed the product, but they waited 11 days before sending it. As a result, I paid more when buying the product in the store and also paid twice for delivery because they refused to pay for return delivery. At the same time, during these 11 days I called them and wrote to them to cancel the order, but it turned out to be impossible. Shame. I don't recommend it. PR1000423235”
