“Goods damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging. Paltry £10 compensation for damaged goods and late delivery, yet charged extra £16+ postage for 'long length item' they couldn't be bothered protecting. Poor complaints procedure.”

“Ordered and paid for some tools. Two days later got an email cancelling the order because the tools were out of stock. Refund received a day later.”

“We had purchased a number of test paint pots which arrived from the courier leaking from the package. Upon opening quite a few of the pots were damaged and lids not on with paint everywhere. We are sure these were damaged in transit . When we contacted the supplier via email we had a very quick reply and followed up with a repeat order which was dispatched within a couple of days. We are very impressed with speed of communication and a no quible replacement from this company. Great customer service,”

“Bought some stainless staples £5.39 (ex vat) You have no idea what the delivery charge is going to be until you have checked out... It was £6.95 (ex vat) for delivery and handling....not reasonable to my mind for something that weighs under 100g”
