SOME OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OUT THERE ….. NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS NO RESPONSE TO TELEPHONE CALLS NO RESPONSE TO ANYTHING I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU AVOID THIS COMPANY AND OPT TO SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE ….

I wanted to order 4 cans of plasti-kote Azelea garden paint which was advertised with free delivery. On completion a £9 delivery charge was added?. I left a vm with customer service to date I have had no response or reply as to why the item advertised did not qualify for free delivery so I have not ordered. I understand that a company has to make a profit and sometimes it uses outside delivery drivers but it needs to be made clearer and not mislead customers , even ordering 1 item will still incur a charge so the items are not as advertised. Reading reviews on trustpilot this seems a unreliable company to deal with and I don't want the hassle of trying to get a refund if my order goes wrong, buyer beware!

I've tried a number of times with messages on the phone and emails the jet wash we brought has broken after 3 times of using it , noone as got back intouch

I find it almost incomprehensible that a company could advertise a device with a 5 stroke engine?? Unless of course they have modified the engine and registered a patent??

I placed the entire order for a whole week but still received no news. After asking, I received the package but the screws still missing. It took more than ten days after I placed the order to be told that the goods were not in stock. Refund still not received. It’s a very bad shopping experience.

Order placed, order not delivered, email sent to query delivery then the order was sent next day but didn’t arrive next day. It’s due Monday over a week after it was ordered. Pushed a big job back and made my company look like fools.

I haven’t received my order and have tried to contact Power Tools Direct a number of times both by phone and email but I have not received any response.

My husband ordered a standard item Friday 5/7/24 and paid £6.95 for a courier service delivery which we mistakenly thought would be quicker. An email and SIX days later the item arrived. This is why people do not use independent companies we paid £54 (which according to their website was a reduced price) plus £6.95 postage for an item Amazon are selling for £50 and less postage for next day delivery.

Take orders for items they obviously don't have in stock, take payment for express delivery and only inform when chased a week later that they don't have the stock. No response to calls. Email responses in the early hours of the morning! Waiting on a refund and have ordered elsewhere.

I paid extra delivery charge to get the item asap, it should be with me between 25th and 26th, today is 27th and i haven't received ir heard from you.

This company is taking orders that they don't have! The delivery shown is total fiction with no details of when item will be shipped. I have a great dislike companies that do this. I demanded a refund which they did.....the only thing good. It appears I'm not the only one with these issues. I don't recommend

I've placed 2 x separate orders for different pressure washers in different weeks and both times I've been informed that neither item was in stock. This was 3 x days after I'd paid ! Absolutely awful company.
